Accessing Your Activities
Go to Activities in the navigation menu to see all your recorded workouts.

Filtering Activities
Use the filters to find specific activities:
Sport Type - Show only running, cycling, swimming, etc.
Date Range - Filter by time period
Search - Find activities by name or notes
Activity Cards
Each activity shows key information at a glance:
Sport type and icon
Date and time
Duration and distance
Average pace/speed and heart rate
Sorting
Activities are sorted by date (newest first) by default. Click column headers to sort differently.
Viewing Activity Details
Click on any activity to see its full details, including:
Complete metrics and statistics
Interactive charts (pace, heart rate, elevation)
GPS map (for outdoor activities)
Lap and split data
Managing Activities
From the activity details page, you can:
Share - Generate a branded snapshot image of the activity
Delete - Remove the activity from your history
Activities are not edited in Fit PA. Correct an activity where it was recorded (for example Garmin Connect) and the change syncs across - see Activity Details.
Tip: Use the sport and period filters to quickly find specific activities in your history.
