Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Fit PA account and its associated data at any time. Here's how, and what gets removed.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way — on the Fit PA mobile app (iOS or Android):
- Open the app and tap the ••• menu (top-right of the home screen).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account is deleted, you're signed out, and you can no longer log in.
Delete from the web
If you don't have the mobile app, request deletion through our contact form (topic: Privacy) using the email address on your account. We verify the request and permanently delete your account.
What gets deleted
Your account and the personal data associated with it — profile, activities and wellness data, training plans and sessions, personal records, coaching conversations, and the derived "app memory." Deletion completes within 30 days; encrypted backups are rotated out within 35 days.
What we may retain
We retain only what we're legally required to keep (e.g. tax/accounting or billing records where applicable), held no longer than necessary for those purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy (Sections 10 and 13).
